Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if not, here’s what to do.

We will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The product must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in its original condition. 
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories.
  • No refunds will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Please note that, unless the product is defective, return or exchange is otherwise permitted under applicable laws, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bespoke customised goods. 
• Swimwear and underwear where hygiene strip had been removed (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip).
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Please note that Bright Culture Kids Wear must be notified within 7 days of delivery for the faulty item in order to deem it as a manufacturing fault, or else it will be deemed as general wear and tear.
